Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown 1 lb hamburger meat & set aside. Mix contents of package with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Let simmer 10 - 15 minutes until pasta is done stirring frequently. When pasta is done add 8oz cream cheese, browned hamburger meat & 12oz tomato paste. Stir well. Pour mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish and top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
